Plans for Graduation

We’ve finally come up with a solution. This one will meet most people’s needs and satisfy the majority.

Everyone will receive 2 tickets –> One for themselves and a guest of their choice. This will take care of approx 200 tickets.

We will plan an evening for 500. In a systematic fashion, we will have to apply for extra tickets (2 tickets at a time or 1 if that’s all you need and if you don’t need anymore than you don’t apply). People who apply in the first draw will get what they need at a cost of $xx (tba… when we get more info on venue). After the first draw if there are more tickets we will apply once again but this time for one ticket at a time until they are all bought.

This means that everyone should have the opportunity to have/purchase 4-5 tickets if they so choose. People who need more will receive them and those who need less won’t have to fundraise for others.

As a committee we felt this was the best option and again any comments, questions or concerns can be emailed to the graduation committee at munedclass2009@gmail.com These issues will be discussed at the next General Membership Meeting on November 21, 2007 in ED 5004/5

NOTE: If there are any funds remaining we will look at providing beverage tickets and door prises for the evening!
